Bids are invited and will be received up to 3:00 pm Newfoundland Time, Monday, July 8th, 2019 for the above referenced Open Call for Bids with a public bids opening to follow:

Bids must be submitted on our official "Invitation to Open Call for Bids" form, placed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the following address. Please ensure the Open Call for Bids number and name is indicated on the outside of the envelope:

Those who wish to submit their bid by fax or email may do so by sending it marked with the Open Call for Bids number and name to fax(709)864-7909 or email tenders@mun.ca . Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Open Call for Bids" form.
Bids will be opened publicly in " Print & Mail Services Division, Room PS1001A, Ingstad Building" shortly after the closing on the date specified.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled Open Call for Bids closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those Open Calls will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
