Tenders are invited and will be received until 3:00 P.M., Newfoundland and Labrador Time, Wednesday, July 4, 2018 for the tender indicated above, and a public tender opening will follow immediately after.

Bids must be submitted on our “Invitation to Tender” bid form, placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and name and addressed to:

Fax bids will not be accepted, however, amendments to the bids will be accepted by fax at (709) 637-6239 up to closing time and date indicated above.
Tenders will be opened in Room AS234E of the Arts and Science Building
at the time and date indicated above.
In the event that the Grenfell Campus, Memorial University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for a full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland at the same time as listed originally.
Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
