Open Call for Bids are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m. Newfoundland and Labrador time, Tuesday, July 02, 2019, for the above referenced Open Call for Bids, with a public Open Call for Bids opening to follow.

Bids must be submitted on our "Open Call for Bids" form, placed in a sealed envelope, marked with the open call for bids number and addressed to:

Fax bids will NOT be accepted for this open call for bids.
Open Call for Bids will be opened publicly in room SP-4010, Spencer Hall,
shortly after the closing on the date specified.
In the event that the university is closed earlier than normally expected on the day of an open call for bids closing, the closing date will be extended to the next business day for the university at the same time as originally stated.
The university does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
