The project generally consists of construction of an extension to the
existing NRC facility located on the Memorial University Campus St.
John’s, NL for the purposes of housing Harsh Environment Research
Facility. It is primarily to house and facilitate a cold chamber and a
custom built wind tunnel apparatus.
