Open Call for Bids are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m. Newfoundland Time, Wednesday, July 3, 2019 for the above referenced Open Call with a public Bids opening to follow in Room M2M300, Faculty of Medicine.

Bids must be submitted on our official "Invitation to Open Call for Bids" form, placed in a sealed envelope, marked with the Open Call for Bids Number and Name and addressed to:

Those who wish to submit their bid by fax or email may do so by sending it marked indicating the open call number and name to fax (709) 864‐7909 or email tenders@mun.ca . Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Open Call for Bids" form.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled Open Call for Bids closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those submissions will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid
