The Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s is seeking bids to provide complete project management, design, and construction of storage building - to be located on the Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s Voiseys Brook Park grounds. We are seeking a highly experienced, design-build contractor to design and construct a storage building that will be operated year-round, or as the weather permits.
