RFP122024231 - Ambulance Services Integration Technical Advisor

The Province seeks Proposals for the provision of technical and research advisory services respecting the pending procurement of an integrated air and road ambulance service solution (Ambulance Solution). Broadly, the Contracted Supplier will be required support and advise the Province with respect to the following aspects of the procurement process: (a) performing required research activities such as market sounding and jurisdictional scans to inform a comprehensive Ambulance Solution RFP (i.e. the design, management and operation of a single integrated road and air ambulance service); (b) developing optimal specifications, requirements and evaluation criteria for this procurement; (c) supporting communications planning and change management activities; and (d) supporting the drafting of any related solicitations and Cabinet submissions.
