Description

FSRA’s vision is financial safety, fairness, and choice for Ontarians. Its mission is public service through dynamic, principles-based and outcomes-focused regulation. FSRA’s values are based on honesty, impact, credibility, empathy, collaboration, and empowerment.
Prior to our official launch in May 2019, FSRA conducted an online quantitative survey with our stakeholders from our regulated entities and some consumers. Two years after launch, in 2020, FRSA did a qualitative and quantitative stakeholder assessment completed. At that time, we committed (internally) to conduct this every two years.
Our audience is mainly industry, with some consumers, through our mailing list was is approximately 90,000 individuals and organizations.
