FSRA 2022-043 - Machine Learning Operations Platform (MLOPS Platform)

FSRA is looking for a solution that will facilitate the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence for risk analytics and modelling across the entire FSRA organization.  This platform will provide FSRA with the ability to review risks in unstructured documents, large data submissions and spreadsheets, and then analyse and communicate those risks to our business teams. The platform should include:

1. No-code environment for advanced business users to run their own models, reuse code libraries, access permissioned data and test models before production.
2. Ability to support no-code, low-code and coded capabilities for skilled and experienced data scientists
3. Use of multiple libraries and custom libraries to ensure accuracy, improve efficiency and improve the ability to reuse model
4. Provide traceability and auditability of all actions that have been used in the creation of the models
5. Provide the ability to operate the ML Ops solution behind FSRA cloud firewalls to ensure the highest level of security and privacy, protecting both FSRA and our regulated entities’ data.
6. Capability of managing a full and transparent life cycle from model generation to production and then sustainment activities including data drift and bias monitoring
7. Project management to support multiple business sector users along with architectural and engineering support as need from the IT team
