Description

Through this two‐part request for proposal, Foothills Country Hospice Society is looking to partner with a qualified furniture vendor/ manufacturer to procure furniture products and services, as outlined in this RFQ/RFP for both the renovation and expansion phases of the project at the Foothills Country Hospice
Society.

Foothills Country Hospice Society intends to enter into a buying agreement with the successful proponent to supply and install the furnishings for the renovation and expansion project at the Foothills Country Hospice Society. The basis of this may form the furniture standard that can be carried forward to the future
projects at Foothills Country Hospice Society.

The existing building is being renovated and expanded to include 1115 sqm of additional new space and 330 sqm of renovated space. The new 2‐story facility and existing 2-story space include the following rooms/areas as part of the project: administrative and breakroom areas, patient suites, lounge and family
areas, education/conference room, and other areas within the facility noted in the provided documents. The expansion is currently under construction, with the renovation as the project's second phase, with the completion scheduled for the fall of 2024.

Proponent questions and responding answers will be issued to all via addendums.
