Description

The objective of the RFP is to assist FBCL in selecting a Bidder with the product mix, service capability and experience to efficiently and cost effectively carry out the requirements as set out in this RFP document.
Bluewater Bridge (BWB) Waste and Recyclables Collection contract shall be a fixed price format and shall include a number of scheduled activities as described in section 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3. FBCL has divided the subject property into 5 zones with varied Level of Service (LoS) goals. This contract shall extend 5 years from the date of award or end on October 31, 2028, whichever comes first.
