Description

FBCL seeks to monitor media outlets and publications for news related to its operations and operational context. FBCL requires access to media monitoring services that are international in scope with an emphasis on North American news and that support logic-based detection of key words and phrases equitably in both English and French.
Distinct from media monitoring, FBCL issues, on an ad-hoc basis, various bilingual news briefs deemed to be of community interest that are to be made available to media outlets in Canada (particularly in Ontario and Quebec). FBCL requires the support services of a media release distribution agent with timely and adequate reach as well as equitable distribution to both English and French language media outlets.
Distinct from media monitoring and media release publication, FBCL seeks a social media management tool to provide advanced functionality when posting social media content on its social media platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Such functionality includes the scheduling of content (posted twice per platform—once in French and once in English) to be automatically posted simultaneously on each platform.
