Description

Establish long term relationships with an insurance carrier who offers superior customer service and flexibility in both administration and with special circumstances that develop given EDC’s unique mandate with the Government of Canada. The employee experience is especially important to EDC. Additionally, EDC wishes to ensure a smooth claims submission process and provide employees with access to electronic tools and resources which are available in the specialty market and designed to enhance the experience for the expatriate and locally engaged employee.
