Description

The purpose of this RFP is to establish long term relationships with an employee assistance provider who offers superior customer service and flexibility. The employee experience is especially important to EDC. Additionally, EDC wishes to ensure access to peripheral services such as webinars, leader support as well as crisis services in addition to the traditional counselling support services.
