Background and Objective
The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain good market value for the sale of 400 Tonnes Per Month of Sorted Residential Papers Grade No. 56 (formerly known as No. 8 Newsprint) from the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority (Authority).
