Description

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

The provision of new sloped copper roofing to match heritage profiles of existing copper roofing, including provision of curved copper roofing over dormers.
The provision of new exposed membrane sloped roofing.
The provision of new copper gutters and flashings.
The provision of new snow guards to match heritage profiles of existing.
The provision of new green roof.
