THIS RFQ CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

The provision of reinforcing steel bars in new concrete shear walls.
The provision of reinforcing steel bars in new structural toppings throughout the existing building.
The provision of reinforcing steel bars in new suspended slabs.
The provision of reinforcing steel for new beam and column reinforcing throughout the existing building.
The supply of reinforcing steel bars for new masonry walls.
