The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.

The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

The provision to Paint all ceilings Exposed Structure as per room finish schedules.
The provision to Paint all new and existing walls where specified as per room finish schedules.

One (1) complete Electronic version of the Statement of Qualifications should be submitted. Each copy of the Bidder’s SOQ shall include a completed and signed copy of “Appendix B” of this RFQ document.
