Description

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:
- The provision of the new Ceramic Floor & Wall tiles c/w with base over new and existing sub-strait making good the existing surfaces prior to all installations as per specifications.
- The provision of new Stone Flooring c/w base over new and existing sub-strait making good the existing surfaces prior to all installations as per specifications.
- The provision of Sealing Concrete Floors over new and existing sub-strait making good the existing surfaces prior to the application as per specifications.
- The provision of that all new flooring installations will be in contact with other build material finishes and surfaces - to be cognizant of said applications and areas to be sure all application procedures and finish is taken into account.
