70108 R13 TP7 - RMC - Massey Library Building (R13) - Mechanical Phase 2

R13 Massey Library is a four (4) story building that is home to the Royal Military College of Canada campus Library as well as lecture theatres on level 0 and various offices/workspaces on levels 2 & 3.  The Library occupies half of level 0, all of level 1, most of level 2, and none of level 3.
 
The building will be undergoing extensive HVAC controls upgrades which commenced in July of 2018 and is scheduled for completion in Spring 2019.
 
This tender package is for Phase 2 of the overall work associated with Massey Library Building (R13);
the complete Supply and Installation of all labour, material, equipment and services to complete all Mechanical work in accordance with the tender documents, drawings and specifications. Not included in this contract is the Mechanical work required on Level 0, rooms 7, 7A, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13A, 14, 14A, 15, 16 and 19, which were completed as part of Phase 1. The balancing, commissioning and controls are to be tied-into these rooms only.
