Description

The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a modern
complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers
varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve
Boulevard.

The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Removal of existing membranes. Supply and installation of labour, material and equipment
necessary to provide new hot-rubberized asphalt and two-ply mod bit membranes. This work
also includes various flashing and coping details.
