Description

The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard.

The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Supply and installation of exterior improvements including, but not limited to new landscaping; precast paving, granite benches and other granite details, retaining walls, tables and wood benches, planting and topsoil, and new cast in place and precast concrete.
