Description

The scope of the project includes the construction of one (1) 108 unit 6 – story apartment building
targeting PHIUS Certification and two (2) 16 unit stacked town home buildings; totaling some
144,000 sf of total GFA
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:
‐ Above Grade Air Vapor Barrier work in both the townhouse and the apartment building.
‐ Roofing work in both the townhouse and the apartment building.
‐ Siding in both the townhouse and the apartment building.
