Description

RFQ for the Provision of Media Monitoring Services
The objective of this RFQ is to solicit proposals from Proponents to provide EO with a media monitoring platform, as well as support, for EO staff to use to gather and share relevant news articles and clips with the organization within copyright regulations. The platform should be accessible from anywhere, allow for multiple direct users, and allow for the distribution of articles and clips to at least 200 members of staff.
EO invites proposals in response to this RFQ for an engaging, creative and cost-effective solution to meet the requirements described herein.
The duration of the contract to be entered into between the CEO and successful Proponent(s) will be for a period of one year, with an option in favour of Elections Ontario to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional three (3), one (1) year terms.
