Description

The objective of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals that will ensure the Websites are functional and operational with no loss of continuity.
This must be achieved while preserving functionality, branding, content, security, AODA compliance, and on-going maintenance and support. This is facilitated by the provision of a Content Management System (CMS) platform. EO is open to proposals that are based on one of the following options.
Proponents may provide a proposal(s) for option 1 or option 2 or both.
Option 1: New CMS platform.

Migrate the Websites to a new CMS platform without losing functionality, branding, content, security and AODA compliance.
Provide on-going maintenance and support of the Websites.
Provide a new CMS platform that can either be a SaaS solution or a Solution hosted in EO’s Azure infrastructure.
1. If it is a SaaS Solution, provide subscriptions.
2. If it is a hosted Solution, provide licenses.

Option 2: Maintain EO's existing AEM platform.

Maintain the existing AEM platform in EO’s Azure infrastructure without losing branding, functionality, content, security and AODA compliance.
Provide on-going maintenance and support of the Websites.
Provide license renewal for the AEM platform.
