Description

The primary purpose of issuing this RFI is to:

Develop an understanding of what is available in the marketplace to meet the requirements of the Elections Ontario Vote By Mail program.
Identify potential vendors in the marketplace which are capable of providing a delivery service and support solution for the Elections Ontario Vote by Mail program; and
Obtain high-level cost estimates for budgeting purposes and timelines/effort estimates for scheduling purposes.

The key goals of the Vote by Mail program are to ensure the timely delivery of Vote by Mail kits to electors across Ontario, Canada, and internationally. Additionally, EO requires precise tracking of kits that have been mailed out to ensure that every effort is made to deliver kits to electors.
The Vote by Mail program runs during all general elections (which occur every 4 years) and by-elections (occur on an ad-hoc basis) for a period of 23 consecutive days, with small differences in key dates.
