Description

This is a Pre-Qualification Request for snow and landscaping services at Alberta Infrastructure buildings in Northeast Alberta (St Albert, Vegreville, Fort McMurray, Wainwright, St. Paul, Smoky Lake, Cold Lake, Lac La Biche, and Lloydminster). Proponents can become qualified to bid on landscaping services, snow removal services, or both. The proponent can also specify if they would like to qualify for specific regions (ex. Cold Lake area) or the entire portfolio.

Due to COVID restrictions there are no tours or site visits scheduled for any of the properties that are listed or referenced in this prequalification. While many of the sites are open to the public, contractors should restrict visits to a drive-by only and be mindful of all COVID health and safety restrictions. There are not planned information sessions (Zoom or otherwise) planned for this prequalification.
