The Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) and the Centre culturel Frontenac (CCF) are co-owners of the property located at 711 Dalton Avenue in Kingston. The CECCE will manage the sale process for both sellers. The 18,18 acre lot contains a building of approximately 63,962 square feet, which houses the École secondaire catholique Marie-Rivier, a community center and an auditorium. The CECCE and the CCF are preparing an invitation to tender for the purchase of the entire property.
