Statement of requirement
The CECCE is committed to rapidly improving student achievement and helping educators do their work better utilizing Julie and Ray Smith’s research on Impact Coaching framework and John Hattie’s Visible Learning research as the framework for success. Consequently, the CECCE has a requirement for a customized professional learning program providing maximum impact on student achievement and deep learning. The selected supplier has demonstrated several years of experience providing systemic, sustainable and laser-sharp focus on instructional leadership to help educational leaders, coaches and teachers.
Any interested supplier must demonstrate through a detailed proposal its capabilities of providing a learning proposal compliant with CECCE’s requirement.
Period of contract
The project is for an estimated four (4) months, from September 2018, and must be completed on or before end of January 2019.
Total estimated cost
The proposed agreement, including any option, has a total value of 26 237.36 USD (estimated 34 920 CDN $).

Right of suppliers to submit a statement of capabilities
Suppliers interested in submitting a proposal must clearly demonstrate their capabilities in providing the required services described in this ACAN. Interested suppliers must submit their statement of capabilities, in writing, to the CECCE procurement resource’ identified in this ACAN. The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate the supplier’s abilities and compliance.
