Upgrades include re-grading of existing driving surface(s), construction of a new gravel access road, construction of a new turnaround pad, construction of foundations for a new garage building and a new attendant building, bear-proof fence erection, associated utility servicing for the Site, and all other items as described within the Contract Documents.
