This Negotiated Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Digital Research Alliance of Canada (the “Alliance”) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of a Vulnerability Management Solution.
By integrating, championing and funding the infrastructure and activities required for advanced research computing (ARC), research data management (RDM) and research software (RS), the Alliance serves Canadian researchers, with the objective of advancing Canada’s position as a leader in the knowledge economy on the international stage.
As part of its National Cyber Security Strategy, the Alliance is seeking a modern, extensible Vulnerability Management Solution to deploy across the National Platform.
The Alliance seeks the services of a firm with proven expertise in supplying an effective Cyber Security Vulnerability Management tool. The successful proponent is expected to:
- Supply and support deployment of a Vulnerability Management tool able to scan all in-scope assets across the national ecosystem as per our stated requirements.
- Provide professional services and training as needed for security operations staff to install, configure, and onboard the Solution in our environment.
- Provide ongoing Solution support during the term of the agreement.
At the conclusion of the RFP evaluations, the top-ranked proponent will be invited to enter into negotiations for an Agreement with the Alliance.
Participating Proponents are to submit proposals as per Section 1.6 of the RFP document. The Alliance will not accept paper or fax.
All proposals submitted are to be in English only.
