Alex Park Phase 2A (Site 1 and Site 2) complex in its entirety is a twin tower, multiple occupancy,
mixed-used development consisting of shared, below grade parking levels, podiums with retail
and commercial daycare uses and 2 mid-rise residential towers. The extent of this Contract is
bounded by the entire boundaries of both Site 1 and Site 2 where Site 1 is known as the MRKT
Condo and Site 2 is known as Atkinson Apartment. Dundas Alexandra Park Residences Inc. is
the owner of land known as Site 1 and TCHC is the owner of land known as Site 2.
Deltera will be the Construction Manager for Alex Park Phase 2A project (Site 1 and Site 2) and
is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Ventilation services at Alexandra Park Phase 2A.
The project will be awarded to the successful proponent with the highest, final and ranking
Proposal and the project agreement will be entered with Dundas Alexandra Park Residences Inc.
This work is categorized as Ventilation work.

Alexandra Park Phase 2A –Ventilation
Addendum #2 is being issued on the above-mentioned Request for Proposal and consists of sixtythree
(63) pages including this cover page.
1. General
· This addendum shall be supplemental to and form part of scope of work, drawings, and
specifications.
2. Novatrend Mechanical Addendum M-05 & Revised Drawings for Ventilation Tender
· Please refer to Appendix I – Mechanical write-up from Novatrend, outlining
mechanical revisions to drawings
3. Drawing List Update (Appendix III)
· Please note that Drawings, Specifications and Reports R1 have been updated to
reflect the drawing revisions included with this addendum.
4. Deadline for Issuing Addenda Date
· The Deadline for Issuing Addenda date has been extended from Tuesday April 26th ,
2022 to Tuesday May 3rd, 2022.
5. Submission Deadline
· The submission deadline has been extended from Tuesday May 3rd, 2022 to Tuesday
May 10th, 2022 at 4:00pm.
All other matters of the Proposal remain the same.
This addendum now forms part of this Request for Proposal and Proponents are reminded that
receipt of all Addenda must be shown on the RFP Submission Form.
