Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Toronto Community Housing
Corporation (herein after referred to as “TCHC”) to prequalified proponents to submit
non-binding offers for the Miscellaneous Metal Fabrication and Install as further
described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”), for the rates established in
Submission Form C.
Leslie Nymark was a 100% rent-geared-to income community that was comprised of 10
blocks of townhouses on approximately 6.5 acres of land. The planning approvals
required in order to commence the revitalization of Leslie Nymark have been received.
The revitalization includes the replacement of 115 rental units on site plus an additional
498 units of residential market condominiums. The project for the purposes of this RFP
includes 2 blocks of townhomes. For the purposes of this project ‘Deltera Contracting
Inc.’ is acting as Construction Manager on behalf of Toronto Community Housing and
will be administering the RFP process.

□ One (1) electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive
Submissions are to be prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP
cover), with the full legal name and return address of the proponent, and with the
Submission Deadline.
