RFP AP17-01 - RFP For Site Services Consultant at Alexandra Park Redevelopment Phase 2

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation ("TCHC" and Deltera Inc. to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Site Servicing work associated with the second phase of the Alexandra Park revitalization project. Phase 2 of the redevelopment will occur on a site with an area of approximately 5.15 hectares, and includes multiple residential and mixed-use mid and high-rise buildings with a total gross floor area of at least 1.3 million square feet, approximately 125-150 residential townhome units, a new community centre, new public roads (and may include new private roads), as well as parks totalling approximately 0.62 hectares
