18-01 - Hydrogeological, Geotechnical and Environmental Services at Alexandra Park Redev

The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of hydrogeological, geotechnical and environmental services with respect to the Phase 2 Alexandra Park Revitalization Plan (the “Revitalization Plan”). More specifically, the consultant would provide:

• hydrogeological services as required by the City of Toronto to adequately support applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision;

• geotechnical services to provide a preliminary assessment of soil conditions on the site; and,

• environmental services to provide a preliminary assessment of whether any contaminants are present on site.
