Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Deep River and District Hospital (the “Purchaser”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the Services of a Professional Project Manager interested in working with the Purchaser as a Project Manager for the Development of a 96-bed long-term care home (Four Seasons Lodge) and relocation of 14 Residents into the new building at 117 Banting Drive, Deep River, ON (the “Deliverables”). This RFP does not apply to the repurposing of the existing Four Seasons Lodge.
