This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Deep River and District Hospital (the “Purchaser”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the Services of a Professional Project Manager interested in working with the Purchaser as a Project Manager for the construction of a one-storey, Primary Care Building of approximately 9,838 square feet at 117 Banting Drive, Deep River, ON (the “Deliverables”). This RFP does not apply to the repurposing of the existing Family Health Team space.
