DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. CH240001_CN82186 – General Maintenance and Construction SOA, at Lower Mainland, British Columbia
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” general maintenance and construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements within Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
The initial period of this Standing Offer Agreement is for 466 days from notice of award. If mutually agreed, the Standing Offer Agreement can be extended for up to two (2) one-year periods.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000.00 for the initial period. The maximum value of this opportunity including all option years is $450,000.00. The maximum value of a call-up is $25,000.00.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
