The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition of various elements, surface repairs, construction of partition walls, dismantling of electrical and communication equipment, painting of various surfaces, concrete floor finishing, and electrical and lighting installation at Building VC312, Joseph Kaeble St., CFB Valcartier.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using
Form A – Certification Requirements for PSAB) that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement. Bids received from Tenderers that do not include their Form A – Certification Requirements for PSAB will be considered non-compliant and will result in disqualification of the tender.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $115,000.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The
Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 137 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
