The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to repair paved surfaces with bituminous coating at DRDC, Research Center, Valcartier.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
Phase 1 of Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 21 calendar days after notification of contract award, Phase 2 of Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 10 calendar days after reception of the localisation plan and must be completed no later than October 23, 2020.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement
