DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAWED40 – Window Replacement at Various Residential Housing Units (RHUs) – Garrison Edmonton, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to supply all labour, equipment, materials and supervision required to remove existing exterior wall windows complete with glazing, and trim and install new windows complete with glazing, metal capping and trim into exterior walls. Complete interior repairs of any damaged drywall from the window replacement, which includes a primer coat and 2 topcoats of paint in the RHUs at CFB Edmonton.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 130 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
