The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for interior & exterior demolition, hazmat removal, removal and replacement of structural framing, mechanical/plumbing, electrical units, drywall, cabinetry/counters, finish carpentry, tile/tile setting, flooring/carpet.

The Standing Offer is for a period of 2 years. The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $1,446,000.00 with a maximum call-up limit of $500,000.00. There will be an option to extend for two (2) one-year periods, with an increase of $1,900,000.00 at any time.
