DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. WR399943 CN76918 – Water Valve Replacement Phase 3 – 3CDSB Wainwright, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace select water main isolation valves and lines for the Department of National Defence (DND) at 3rd Canadian Division Support Base (3CDSB) Garrison Wainwright, Wainwright, Alberta.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 8 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. Bidders wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $715,000.00
No physical work may commence on site prior to May 2, 2022.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than October 28, 2022 and must reach Completion no later than October 31, 2022.
