Location: Gate House at the entrance of Colwood site, south-east end of Wilfert Road.
Tenderers planning on attending the site visit must pre-register at least 24 hours in advance by sending the Full name and Nationality of all planned attendees to adam.pakvis@dcc-cdc.gc.ca. Government issued photo identification MUST be presented. Failure to pre-register may result in being denied access to the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 1,045,000.00
We understand that the Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 1038 calendar days after notification of contract award (meeting the milestone dates identified in Amendment 01) and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. If our Tender is accepted, we agree to start work immediately upon notification of contract award and to work vigorously and continuously to complete the Work within this prescribed time.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
