DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAXMJ50– Tree Planting at 15 Wing Moose Jaw and 17 Wing Dundurn, Saskatchewan
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, overhead, profit and all other charges including contract security (if required), mobilization, demobilization and any required permits to plant trees at 15 Wing Moose Jaw and 17 Wing Dundurn, Saskatchewan.
Tenderers are advised that bid security is required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), Paragraph 5.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.

Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is NO site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
Work must reach Substantial Completion at CFB 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan no later than 93 calendar days after notification of contract award and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. The Work must reach Substantial Completion at CFB 17 Wing Dundurn, Saskatchewan no later than 79 calendar days after notification of contract award and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Trees must be delivered to both locations on or before September 1, 2022, with planting not to start on either site until September 1, 2022.
There is NO Industrial Security requirement on this project.
