DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAWSL14 - Janitorial Services, CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to perform janitorial cleaning services and specified related work for the apartment complexes located at 21 & 23 Stonehenge Road at CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
This Janitorial Services Contract requires the Contractor to be responsible for the Janitorial Services of all identified buildings within the defined property limits that will ensure compliance with all regulations, standards and codes throughout the contract term.

Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
Bidders wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible.
The Contractor will be required to provide Janitorial Services for the initial period starting on April 1, 2021 until March 31, 2023.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation.
