The estimated value for this opportunity over the initial three-year period is in the order of $2,300,000.00. Extension opportunities exist where, if fully extended, the total opportunity value could increase up to $5,700,000.00
The Contractor will be required to provide Janitorial Services for the initial three-year period starting on April 1, 2021 until March 31, 2024.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) - additional two (2) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
