The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for removal of the existing roofing system, including the existing lightning protection system and replacement with a new SBS roofing system.

A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

List of all expected attendees.
Identification number for each of the expected attendees, which can be a passport number or driver’s license number (identification is required to gain access to the site and need to be valid).
Failure to register by the specified time above will result in being denied accessto the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,950,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 174 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
