DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – MJ229911 – Residential Housing Unit Curb and Water Valve Repair, CFB 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and repair curb stops, water valves and sewer laterals for Residential Housing Units at CFB 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 393 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion, with a milestone of 132 calendar days for the Substantial Completion of Phase 1 referenced in Annex C of the Specification.

As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST.
Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.

All Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $675,000.00
