DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. CK220006 – Request for Qualifications - General Mechanical Services Quick Response Tender (QRT) Source List, Various Lower Mainland DND Properties, BC
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at various British Columbia Lower Mainland DND Properties for one (1) year from the date of establishment of the Source List with, if mutually agreed, two (2) optional, one (1) year extensions.
Prequalification will be for the following category of service(s):
1) Plumbing & Heating Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

The selected contractors will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time (PT)
Request for Qualifications received before June 7, 2022 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list. Only emailed submissions will be accepted.
